Tell me more…

Turning Chaos into Credible Evidence is a live, four-week documentation workshop designed for protective parents navigating high-conflict divorce and custody, post-separation abuse, and abusive co-parenting.

In many family court cases, especially those involving coercive control and non-physical abuse, the issue is not whether harm is happening. It’s whether that harm can be clearly seen, understood, and acted on by decision-makers. Without a structured documentation system, even serious patterns can be minimized, misunderstood, or missed entirely.

The shocking truth is that the majority family court judges are not trained in coercive control and non-physical intimate partner violence. Most family court judges still rely on The Violent Incident Model to determine the presence of domestic violence in family court cases. They have no idea what coercive control or post-separation abuse is, and they have no idea how it affects your children on a day-to-day basis, or what the long-term impact is of this insidious form of abuse. And even if they see the situation clearly for what it is, they still must make written findings that align with the statutory factors that determine what is in the best interests of your children. This workshop bridges that gap.

A documentation system, created through the lens that family court judges are viewing your case can make a world of difference.
Because it’s our divine right to protect our children from abuse, it’s up to us to help the courts see it clearly.

Over four weeks, you will

  • Learn how to build a clear, organized, and court-aligned documentation system;

  • Gain clarity around what courts actually look for when determining parenting time and decision-making awards;

  • Understand how to demonstrate patterns over time;

  • Organize your records around legal standards, and

  • Develop a strategy mindset to know how to prepare your documentation for use in custody evaluations, court proceedings, or other protective measures.

This is not a passive course. It is a live, small-group workshop where you will actively build your documentation system step-by-step, with guidance from an expert divorce coach throughout the process, and experience the healing power of being in community with other protective parents.

You will have the opportunity to ask questions about your case and receive support from a nationally certified high-conflict divorce, custody, and co-parenting coach. In addition, you will be part of a small group of protective parents who understand the dynamics you are navigating, creating a space that is both supportive and grounded in shared experience. Being part of this small group offers the opportunity to gain wisdom from the other parents’ sharing and questions.

By the end of the workshop, you will have a documentation system that is organized, actionable, and ready to use at a moment’s notice, when you need it most. You will leave with greater clarity, increased confidence, tools for nervous system regulation, and a practical system you can maintain moving forward.

If you are navigating an abusive divorce or co-parenting situation and need your documentation to hold up in family court, this workshop provides both the strategy and support to help you do that confidently and effectively.

If this feels like the opportunity for support, strategy and community you’ve been waiting for, I can’t wait to see you there 💚

    — Katie R. | Peaceful Presence Client

  • "Cat met me where I'm at with my journey. She didn't go through a scripted plan. I really appreciated that aspect. She was insightful and helpful and I feel confident in her ability to help me when the time comes. She didn't talk at me, but rather made me feel as though I was a part of the process and conversation. Thank you, Cat!"

    - D.F. | Peaceful Presence Client

  • “I’m sure you get a lot of frantic texts and are always being asked for advice (especially from me)! But today, I just want to let you know that I really apreciate what you’re doing, not just for me, but also my son. Making space to help those of us struggling through family court processes to keep our babies safe is such a selfless act. I’m so thankful to have your guidance and support during this time.”

I wholeheartedly recommend her."

    - Morgan Brown | Personal Finance Coach

  • "Through a random conversation with an old friend, I found out about Cat and the timing was kismit. She came to me at a time early in the process when I was confused and overwhelmed with the entire court process and trying to save my kids from their abusive father. Cat brought true caring and concern for me and my kids along with a wealth of knowledge and support. To have someone understand what you're going through and then be able to help guide you with so much compassion is invaluable. I highly recommend working with Cat and can't thank her enough!"

    - Courtney Smith | Peaceful Presence Client

  • "During our first session, Cat's experience was invaluable to refer me to an attorney who would represent the best interests of my child. This changed the narrative of my divorce proceedings from desperation to dominance. Cat immediately adapted to my approach of let's-get-to-the-point-and-strategize. While I was plagued by new, severe panic attacks and horrific physical symptoms as a result of the stress and PTSD from my abusive marriage and post separation coercive control, Cat focused on what was most important to me at every turn. Cat is real, kind, honest, and stood next to me, sometimes holding me up when I didn't have the strength. She is an invaluable asset in one's corner navigating the biggest challenge one might face in their lifetime. Cat shed a light when I was consumed by darkness. Cat's knowledge, experience, and expertise in the family law system across the United States is clear. She is a true advocate in every way for whichever need may arise. If she doesn't have an immediate solution, she will find one. I don't want to imagine my life, and ultimate extremely successful outcomes for myself and my child, without Cat. She was the light, the rock, the whatever I needed at any point in time throughout my family court journey. I am forever indebted to this remarkable human being, and I am honored and so very blessed to have crossed paths with her."

    The Domestic Abuse, Stalking and Honour Based Violence (DASH 2009-2025) Risk Identification, Assessment and Management Model was implemented across all police services in the UK from March 2009. The DASH was accredited by ACPO Council, now known as National Police Chief Council (NPCC).

    The DASH is a multi-agency tool used by most agencies with a focus on keeping victims and their children safe and ensuring perpetrators are proactively identified and managed. The DASH is pioneering and innovative, turning a reactive ‘it’s just a domestic’ into a proactive ‘you must ask’ questions approach. Half the questions focus on coercive control and there is a focus on stalking and so-called honour based abuse because these are the cases where women and children are more likely to be harmed and killed by abusers.
